This is a 12-year-old Dailuaine from Douglas Laing's Provenance single-cask range, a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in March 2006 and bottled in October 2018 at 46% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration. It matured in a single sherry butt, cask DL12912, which yielded 419 bottles. The nose is sweet malt and dried fruit with sherry, gentle spice and cereal. The palate is rich and rounded, with dried fruit, malt, warming spice and sherry-cask sweetness. The finish lingers on malt and dried fruit, with spice and a dry oak note.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
