Rock Island Sherry Edition from Douglas Laing is a blended malt built on the Rock Oyster blend, given additional ageing in sherry butts from Jerez.
Rock Oyster brings together malts from Scotland's island distilleries, with Jura, Islay, Skye, Arran and Orkney named as the inspiration. The sherry casks are paired with that salty, maritime malt character.
