Timorous Beastie 18 Year Old is a blended malt from Douglas Laing, matured in Spanish sherry casks and bottled at 44.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This 2024 edition belongs to the Signature Series and is limited to 650 bottles. The name comes from the timid field mouse in Robert Burns' poem 'To a Mouse'.
It is described as a rich, sweet whisky of vanilla, juicy barley and dark chocolate, finishing with macerated dark fruits and spiced orange.
