Douglas & Todd Small Batch is a handcrafted straight bourbon from Minnesota, sold in a 750ml bottle.
It is aged for a minimum of four years in handmade oak barrels rather than mass-produced cooperage. The grain is grown in Minnesota, and the swings in temperature across the Upper Midwest speed up the interaction between spirit and barrel, which gives the bourbon a cold-climate ageing character.
