Sobr is an alcohol-free Riesling from the Mosel in Germany, made by Dr. Loosen. It is bottled at 0% and offers full body, fruit and freshness in good balance.
It has a little extra sweetness, which suits Asian and spicy dishes, and is best served ice cold.
On the palate there are notes of citrus and red apple, followed by a clean, mineral finish.
