Dr. McGillicuddy's Intense Root Beer is a liqueur made by Sazerac Company, built around the flavour of root beer rather than a neutral spirit character. It is bottled at 21% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is a bright, clear root beer. The palate is very sweet and led by root beer from start to end, giving a rich, direct character, and it settles into a long, lingering sweet finish.
