Dragonjuice Speyside Batch #2 is a ten-year-old single malt from Speyside in Scotland, bottled by Whisky Druid at 50.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The batch combines whisky from casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, Ruby port and Portuguese Moscatel. Together they bring stewed fruit, dark grapes, caramelised brown sugar and a light herbal note. The nose offers raisins, dark fruit compote, grapes, milk chocolate and redcurrants, with red berries growing stronger over time. On the palate it is round and soft, with brown sugar, herbal spice, ripe blackberries and the occasional touch of tartness. The finish is medium, soft and warm.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
