A 16-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, bottled by Dràm Mòr, which was founded by Viktorija and Kenny Macdonald. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 from a single bourbon hogshead, at a cask strength of 56.7%, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The outturn is 203 bottles.
The colour is golden maple syrup. The nose has sweet caramel chews, Victoria sponge with cream and apricot jam, and a late hint of almond. On the palate, caramel syrup and vanilla fudge sit alongside a touch of marzipan. The finish is fresh and tingling, with delicate white pepper.
