A 9 year old Macduff single malt from the Highlands, bottled by Dràm Mòr from a single refill sherry butt. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 58%, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The outturn is 722 bottles.
The colour is burnished copper. The nose is soft, mild sherry reminiscent of sherry trifle, with sweet yellow fruits and creaminess. On the palate, barley sugars and old-fashioned boiled sweets run into creamy sherry, and the finish is sweet and warm, with gentle oak tannins.
