This is a 10 year old Tamnavulin from Speyside, bottled by Dràm Mòr at a cask strength of 55.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2024 from a single bourbon barrel, with 225 bottles filled. The whisky is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose brings dolly mixture sweetness with orchard fruits and a touch of mango, along with oak and frankincense. The palate is soft and warm, with caramel, golden syrup and American cream soda that seems to fizz on the tongue. The finish is long and sweet, building to a gentle heat.
