Drappier Brut Nature Dosage Zéro Champagne Magnum (1.5L)

This is a Brut Nature Champagne from the house of Drappier, in a 150cl magnum. Made with no added sulphur and no dosage, it is bottled without any sugar added after the second fermentation in bottle. Pinot Noir leads the blend and gives the wine its structure and depth. Long maturation on the lees brings a trace of fresh bread to the nose, alongside citrus and white flowers. On the palate the mousse is fine and persistent, with a keen freshness and flavours of lime, green apple and a mineral edge. The finish is clean and refreshing. It works as an aperitif or with delicate dishes such as oysters.
