Drumshanbo Single Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whisky from The Shed Distillery. It is distilled from malted and unmalted barley and matured in selected casks, giving a full and complex character.
The nose carries sweet spice, vanilla and dried fruit, while the palate is velvety with honey, toasted wood and a delicate floral note. The finish has a pleasant, lingering persistence.
