Drumshanbo Single Pot Still is the core whiskey of The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
The spirit is triple-distilled from malted and unmalted Irish barley with Barra oats, then matured in Kentucky bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is described as rich, warm pot spice with vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is complex, with pot spice, fig, Oloroso sherry richness and toasted oak, and the finish is elegant and creamy and lingers.
