This is a seven-year-old single pot still Irish whiskey from The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, in a 70cl bottle.
It is triple-distilled from malted and unmalted Irish barley together with Irish Barra oats. The spirit has matured in Tawny Port casks since 2018, which is where its depth of character has developed over those seven years.
The maturation was overseen by Head Distiller Brian Taft.
