Dry Fly Bourbon 101 is a craft bourbon from Spokane, Washington, in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 50.5% ABV. The mash bill is 55% corn and 45% triticale, grown on nearby family farms, and the whiskey was aged for a minimum of four years in American oak.
The nose has butterscotch, caramel and baked bread, with peach, citrus and soft floral notes. On the palate come vanilla, orange peel, marshmallow and a touch of peppery spice, and the finish is oak with lingering citrus warmth.
