Dry Sack Medium Dry Sherry

Dry Sack Medium Dry is a sherry from Williams & Humbert, made in the Jerez region of Spain. It is a blend of Palomino, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel, aged through the solera system and matured in oak casks. The colour is a light amber. On the nose there are dried fruits such as figs and dates, with touches of vanilla and sweet spice. The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with a controlled sweetness set against fresh acidity. It suits drinking as an aperitif, alongside seafood, mature cheeses or pâté, and it is also used in cooking for sauces and marinades.
