A Sangiovese from Marche with a bright ruby colour. The nose brings cherry, red berry fruit, light floral notes and a gentle herbal edge. On the palate it is smooth, with fresh acidity and contained tannins, finishing with medium persistence. It suits everyday cooking such as meat ragù pasta, grilled white meats, semi-aged cheeses and pizza. Serve slightly cool, around 16-18 C, and drink within a few years to enjoy the fruit and freshness.
