Duncan Taylor The Big Smoke Heavily Peated Blended Malt

The Big Smoke is a heavily peated blended malt from Duncan Taylor, put together from some of Scotland's smokiest distilleries. It was matured in fresh American oak casks, and Duncan Taylor presents it as the best of Islay and beyond. The notes run to bonfire smoke and seaweed with salted butter, all wrapped in layers of sweet vanilla. Crushed black pepper, wet grass and a hint of bacon and leather sit alongside.
