The nose is mild and floral with honey, followed by almond butter, ripe pear and white flowers, with a faint trace of peat smoke. The palate is creamy and medium-bodied, with honeyed citrus, sweetness, cinnamon and a caffe latte note. The finish is warming and moderately long, with toasted coconut, white pepper, toffee and a little peat.
