Dunville 10 Year Old is an Irish whiskey from the revived Dunville's brand, brought back by Elchinville distillery. It was aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled at 46% abv, free from chill-filtration.
The nose offers tarte tatin, calvados caramel creme and dark fruit compote. The palate runs to candied oranges and fruit salad, with fig and stewed date from the sherry. The finish is clean malt with vanilla and spice, and Pedro Ximenez flavours on the tail.
