Dunville's Three Crowns Blended Irish Whiskey (70cl)

A blended Irish whiskey from Dunville's, in a 70cl bottle, now produced by Echlinville Distillery. The name was first introduced in the 1830s and flourished for nearly a century before it disappeared. The blend combines 4 year old grain whiskey with 10 year old malt and 15 year old malt finished in Oloroso casks. The nose offers orchard fruits, nutty caramel and butterscotch. The palate starts with malt sweetness, then citrus fruits, green apples, pepper and clove, balanced by oak and spice. The finish is long and soft, with walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruits.
