E.H. Taylor Jr. Barrel Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled straight from the cask at 63.75% ABV (127.5 proof), uncut and unfiltered, in a 750ml bottle.
Hand-selected barrels mature in historic warehouses built under Taylor's supervision.
The nose offers cooked berries, rich caramel and a light floral note. The palate is bold and spicy, with toasted vanilla, dry oak and pepper, and the long finish carries rye character and lingering fruit.
