This is the 2025 release of E.H. Taylor Jr. Bottled in Bond, part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled, aged and bottled at Buffalo Trace in Frankfort and named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr.
It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, non-chill filtered, from a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley.
The nose has vanilla, butterscotch and ripe stone fruit with warm oak. The palate brings spice, sweet oak, caramel, baking spice and dried fig, and the finish is long and sweet with oaky richness.
