Eagle Rare 10 Year Old is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the Buffalo Trace range, aged in American white oak and bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with honeyed wheat bread and tobacco leaf, moving on to banana, charcoal, lanolin, almond butter and melon. On the palate it is sweet, with raisins, grape, charred oak, rich cocoa and candied almonds. The finish is dry and long.
