Eagle Rare 30 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Eagle Rare 30 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon unveiled on 16 April 2026 as Buffalo Trace Distillery's oldest age-stated bourbon. It was drawn from a single consolidated barrel, bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The whiskey spent two decades in standard maturation, then a further ten years in Warehouse P, the distillery's experimental, climate-managed warehouse. Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley oversaw the release, which comes in a hand-blown crystal decanter with a gold-plated eagle's wing. The tasting notes describe cherry, honey and brown sugar with nuts, tobacco and smoke. The palate shows stone fruit and caramel, and the long finish begins sweet before turning smoky.
