Early Times – Bottled In Bond (50%)

Early Times Bottled In Bond is a Bourbon made as a tribute to historic whisky making and the quality standards of the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Under that Act the whisky must be the product of one distiller, made at one American distillery during a single distilling season. It must be aged for at least four years under government supervision in secured federal buildings, and bottled at 100 proof (50%).
