Blended Whisky
Early Times Straight Kentucky Blended Whiskey is an American whiskey from a brand founded in Shively, Kentucky, in 1860 by Jack Beam. The name was chosen as a tribute to older ways of making whisky, in which grain was mashed in small tubs and the spirit distilled in copper stills over open fires. The process today is more exacting, and the whiskey is described as having a mellow taste.
