This London rye whisky is a blend made by East London Liquor Company in collaboration with Adam Spiegel of California's Sonoma Distilling Company.
It is matured in a variety of casks, among them ex-peated whisky casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose brings honey, brandy-soaked cherries, almond butter, hay and honeysuckle. On the palate there are black pepper, dried apricots, candied cherries, coffee and porridge.
