Easy Rider 4 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon marketed by Hood River Distillers of Oregon, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It spends four years in new charred American white oak barrels and is brought down to strength with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood.
The notes describe sweet corn, vanilla bean and light oak on the nose, with a warm spicy lift. The palate is smooth and sweet, with vanilla, soft malt and a touch of cinnamon building to a peppercorn warmth. The finish is warm and lightly leathery, with lingering vanilla and spice.
