The inaugural release of Single Estate Single Pot Still and Single Malt Whiskeys from Echlinville Distillery is their first field-to-glass offering. Echlinville – The Beginning is distilled exclusively from barley grown, harvested, and floor malted on their distillery farm; every step of the process thereafter has been completed on-site at their family-run distillery. They sow, grow, harvest, malt, mash, ferment, distill, cask, mature, blend, and bottle.
