Eden Mill – Art of St Andrews 2023 Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 46.5%)

This is the 2023 release in the Art of St Andrews collection from Eden Mill, a lightly peated single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46.5% vol. It was matured in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, then finished in ex-Grande Champagne Cognac casks chosen by the distillery's Head Distiller. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The label artwork for the year was created by Jill Calder, an illustrator based in Fife, who drew on the flora, fauna and coastline of St Andrews and the Eden Estuary, as well as the distillery itself.
