Eden Mill Art of St Andrews 2024 is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 700ml bottle, bottled at 46.5% ABV.
It is matured in Amarone and sherry casks, then returned to first-fill Amarone casks for its finishing period. The Amarone wine comes from Verona, and the casks give the whisky a deep copper colour and a character led by red wine.
Cherry, fig, raisin and almond come through on the palate, with a touch of cinnamon carrying into a rich, full-bodied finish.
