Eden Mill Art of St Andrews 2023 is a limited-edition small batch single malt from St Andrews, Scotland, in a 70cl bottle at 46.5% ABV. The label art is by local illustrator Jill Calder, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It is made from lightly peated malted barley and matured in Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, then finished in ex-Grande Champagne Cognac barrels.
The nose has beach bonfire smoke, warm smoked shortbread and a creamy sweetness. On the palate, gentle peat meets dried fruit, toasted oak and a subtle cognac richness. The finish is coastal and campfire-tinged, and it lingers.
