Eden Mill – Bourbon Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Eden Mill Bourbon Cask is a single malt from St Andrews, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is one half of the distillery's flagship core range and its first full bourbon maturation. The whisky is matured entirely in first-fill American oak bourbon casks, from a sweet, grassy, floral Lowland new-make spirit. It is bottled non-chill filtered and with natural colour. On the nose there is light oaky spice, vanilla fudge and floral hints. The palate is rich and creamy, with vanilla fudge, cinnamon, toasted barley and a touch of citrus zest, and the finish is floral and smooth with lingering warmth.
