Eden Mill Port Cask Matured is a limited single malt from the Mystery Series, bottled in 2022 at 61.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is on the outskirts of St Andrews, in the Lowlands.
The whisky was matured in Port casks, and only 500 bottles were produced. It comes in an original, collectible box and reflects the distillery's experimental style.
It is typically described as fruit-forward, with deep berry sweetness, soft oak and a warm, rounded finish.
