Eden Mill Rum Cask Matured is a single malt Scotch from the Eden Mill distillery, on the outskirts of St Andrews. It forms part of the Mystery Series and was bottled in 2022 at 47% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was finished in Caribbean rum casks, and the release is a limited edition of 290 bottles. It reflects the distillery's experimental approach, giving its youthful spirit a rum-influenced twist.
The flavours usually described are tropical fruit, vanilla sweetness and warm spice.
