Eden Mill Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from Eden Mill in St Andrews, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's core range, which Eden Mill describes as a Lowland whisky with a Highland heart.
The whisky is matured in first-fill European oak sherry casks, split evenly between Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. It is bottled with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose brings rich fruitcake, toffee and a little citrus. On the palate come sweet dried fruit, creamy toffee, dark chocolate and a hint of spice, followed by a long, warming finish of sweet sherry, gentle oak and bright citrus.
