Eden Mill 'St. Andrew's Sherry Cask' is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Eden Mill distillery in St. Andrews. It is matured in sherry casks, including Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle.
The nose is dried fruit, nuts and subtle spice. On the palate come caramel, dark chocolate and hints of orange zest. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and a touch of oak.
