Eden Mill – St Andrews Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

This is a single malt from Eden Mill in St Andrews, one of the distillery's two flagship single malt releases. It has been matured exclusively in American oak bourbon casks. The bottle shape is inspired by the three peaks on the roof of the new distillery, and the front is embossed with the tagline 'The Spirit of St Andrews'. Like all Eden Mill single malts, it is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. It is noted for light spice and vanilla fudge, with a floral finish.
