The Guard Bridge is a blended malt from Eden Mill, made from aged single malts that include the distillery's own St Andrews single malt. The blend was selected and married by Head Distiller Scott Ferguson.
The palate opens with creamy vanilla, barley sugar and a cereal sweetness, then moves to mellow oaky spice and light sherry fruit.
The finish carries sherried fruit and a light, warm gingerbread note.
