Eden Mill The Guard Bridge is a blended malt Scotch whisky at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle, bottled with natural colour and without chill filtration. It brings together at least ten single malts from across Scotland, including Eden Mill St Andrews' own, with one component over eight years old. The blend is married and finished in ex-Eden Mill ex-bourbon casks.
The malts have matured in bourbon casks, virgin American oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez casks. It was named Best in Class at the 2024 Whiskies of the World competition.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with candied fruit and vanilla. The palate opens with creamy sweetness, then light spice and white and black peppercorn, over a floral background. The finish is long, with lingering sherry sweetness, gentle warmth and gingerbread.
