This is a ten year old Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It comes from a single sherry cask, number 216, and is bottled at 46% without added colouring or chill-filtration. It is not peated.
The sherry cask shows in dark fruit, sweet caramel and spicy oak. The nose is malty and sweet, with raisins, ripe plums, cinnamon and fine oak. Toffee and caramel lead on the palate, with dark chocolate adding a bitter edge. The finish is long and oaky.
