Edradour 10 Year Old is a Highlands single malt from Edradour, described as the smallest whisky distillery in Scotland. It is matured in ex-Oloroso sherry casks and has an ochre colour.
The sherry influence is clear throughout, giving a dry, classic sherried character with leather and raisins. In the mouth it is soft and mineral, and also sweet and creamy.
The finish carries a gentle nutty spice with sherry and oak notes and the sweetness of honey.
