This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Edradour, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a small batch release, distilled in August 2013 and bottled in April 2026 after maturing in first-fill Burgundy wine casks.
The wine casks shape the character of the spirit, bringing delicate red fruits and dried cherries. The whisky is pale gold, non-chill-filtered and free of added colour, and it has an oily, intense texture in the mouth.
The bouquet is described as red fruits with fine spice.
