This is a single malt from Edradour, a small distillery in the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1999 and matured for 22 years, with a final period in sherry casks. The sherry finish brings red fruit, sweet spice and rhubarb, along with winey, woody notes. The body is full, with sweetness balanced by a light tannic edge and flavours of toasted nuts and dark chocolate.
