An 11-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Edradour, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage. It was matured in first-fill Chardonnay hogsheads from St. Michael-Eppan in Alto Adige, northern Italy. The Chardonnay casks add ripe orchard fruit, citrus, vanilla and gentle creaminess while the Edradour character remains central. It is an unusual and expressive Edradour that shows the versatility of the distillery's spirit with wine casks.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and inviting, with ripe apple and pear alongside lemon curd, vanilla and honeyed malt. Delicate white flowers and creamy oak develop in the glass, with a subtle buttery character from the Chardonnay cask.

Rounded and rich, with orchard fruits, citrus and sweet malt at the forefront. Vanilla cream and soft spice add richness, while the Chardonnay influence brings a gentle buttery texture and fresh wine-cask character.

Smooth and gently warming, with lingering notes of apple, lemon, vanilla and sweet oak. A delicate wine-cask richness remains on the finish, leaving the whisky fresh and pleasantly rounded.
