This is a six year old Highland single malt from Edradour, bottled by Signatory Vintage. It was distilled in 2020 and matured in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads before bottling in 2026 at a cask strength of 57.1% ABV, without colouring or chill-filtration.
The bottling belongs to an anniversary series marking Andrew Symington's 40 years in the industry. It is an unsmoky malt.
The nose shows dried plums and raisins with honey and a touch of cinnamon. The palate offers dark chocolate, creamy toffee and spicy oak. The finish is long and layered.
