Ballechin 2009 13 Year Old Cask Strength is a Highland single malt from the Edradour distillery. It was distilled in 2009, matured for 13 years in oak casks and bottled at cask strength. Peat is present on the nose, balanced by dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spice from the oak. The palate is robust yet harmonious, and the finish is long, with smoky accents.
