Edradour – Dougie MacLean's Caledonia Selection 12 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Edradour (Highland). Aged 12 years, bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. Matured in oloroso sherry casks. A small (once Scotland's smallest) distillery in Perthshire that began production in 1837. It is today owned by the independent bottler-turned-distiller, Signatory Vintage, who have placed a renewed focus on its single malt brands, introducing the heavily peated Ballechin in 2006.
