Edradour No.2 8 Year Old 2018 is a limited edition Highland single malt, released to mark Andrew Symington's 40 years in the whisky industry. Symington founded Signatory Vintage.
The whisky was distilled in 2018 and matured for eight years in first-fill Châteauneuf-du-Pape hogsheads, which give it a rich wine-cask influence alongside the distillery's own character. It is bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
